Man pleads guilty to killing woman
Says jealousy compelled him

LANCASTER COUNTY, PA - A 25-year-old Ethiopian national pleaded guilty Tuesday to nearly decapitating his girlfriend inside a Lancaster city apartment during an argument over an alleged affair.
