Most would agree that based solely on what has been released from the authorities; it appears as though Luna was the victim of a homicide; that said; I also believe that much more about this crime is being withheld so that only the perp would have certain details.

It is also my belief that the perp has been or is a government informant or witness under protection whom the FBI wishes to remain on the payroll; hence the government's attempt at placing the blame on the victim. Apparently the perps have such importance that even the good guys are making a deal with the devil in order to protect them.

I'd hate to be the guy who has to live with that choice; I'm afraid this situation happens alot more than we would like to admit.

Dirt doesn't count. I think they meant stream water vs. ocean water.

i was making a joke re: the poor quality of water in lamc county.
it seems to me that if he needed his glasses to drive and he left them in the office, then he may have left the office with someone he trusted, someone not smart enough to know that the car could be tracked on the turnpike.

a spook would have known that.

I am skeptical of the federal government due to people I know who have worked for intelligence/law enforcement agencies. They have told me that shady things happen in these agencies, like people get rubbed out if they know or saw something they shouldn't have... On the flip side Luna could have been killed by someone in his past who he prosecuted... There are so many things that could have happened...

I'm skeptical due to simple dealings with the lowest of officers, your average every day beat cop. You don't have to know the director of the CIA in order to figure out any agency or individual who only has to report to themselves is easily corrupted.

PS. Luna's car went through lane 4 of the 286 exit of the turnpike. I think of him every time I get off there and make a point to go through exit 4 when I don't have my ezpass.

I'll keep that in mind next time I get on at that exit. I have an easy pass, but it's used so rarely that the account actually ran dry about three years ago due to a $3 a year charge by PennDot. I used to use the turnpike a whole lot more often.

Misinformation, letting the perp think that he's home free so he comes out to the light. Like cockroaches at night.

I agree with this part, the rest of your post though, excessive conspiracy drama consumption.

I thought they only did this on the TV show "Criminal Minds."

Are you saying they do this for real?

As someone who lives but a few miles away from where his final breath was taken, I have taken this personally. Today marks the 3 year anniversery that he died and to think that he died like he did upsets me greatly!

A couple of points. When I heard where he died, I scratched my head wondering how he ended up there! I drove within 500 feet a dozen times in the past week so I am very familar with the roads and yet it didn't make sense to me!

The spot he died on is in Brecknok Township with no direct way from the turnpike. (unless he got off at the maintanence access road. They have a part-time police force. There are so many things that don't add up and things that aren't out there.

For instance, his EZ PASS was found on the birm of the turnpike on the entrance side of the toll booth. (Either it was thrown across all the lanes as someone was leaving turnpike or it was thrown - more easily - as someone was getting onto the turnpike.) Who was with Luna when he got money at the ATM machine?

I don't know who did it. But I feel VERY certain based on the evidence that he was murdered.
