They have had his fingerprints since the incident on Oct. 2. I would think that it shouldn't take 11 days to find out if they match the prints found at the attempted rape.

I don't care about Roberts but they should release the information as to whether he is the perpertrator in the rape case. If he is guilty then the story has merit but if he is not the suspect, why leave this cloud hanging over his family?

I still believe that this story should not have been printed until they had some kind of confirmation. I thought that real journalists did that.

You and I both know that "real journalists" are in short supply in Lancaster.

Not a local publication. You're a journalist in my book.

LNP = journalists?? Two words . . .

Gil Smart.

'Nuff said.

Anybody else notice anytime something happens with LNP's computers related to the county website leak, they trot out front page articles about the three people who made the mistake of accessing the website? Complete with street addresses the one time? Why not the SS# while they're at it?

Hacks.

Just a little off topic but somewhat relevant. One thing that struck me when I moved here was that the LNP publishes the obits of people who died and gives not only the town where they live but the street address, including the house number. All a burglar has to do is read when the viewing and service are being held and he knows that there will probably be an empty house ready fior the picking. It seeme to me that just giving the town and leaving out the actual street address of the deceased would eliminate this possibility.

Burglars may be a lot of things but most of them are not dumb.
