It is about time the Media backs off this case. How many articles can they write giving the same detailed information? Once or twice is more than sufficient. Pack up your notebooks and pens and go back to your offices and wait for a new assignment. You have a way of beating a dead horse to death. Get off it!

Emma Mae Zook is my hero. She had the presence of mind to run for help once she realized what his intent was, and I do strongly believe that her actions saved some lives. Let's be honest -- there's no way he was going to let any of the girls he took hostage live once he was done with them. She had to run for help. But as much as I admire her bravery in that moment, I admire her bravery towards returning to teaching these children after such a traumatic experience. She understands that the surviving children do, indeed, need her reassuring presence in their life. By forging on with her own life and her role as their teacher, she is teaching them an incredibly important lesson about inner strength and surviving tragedy.
Amen, Miss Zook, amen.
