Oh what a can of worms this is, and yet perhaps will open a window into the discrepancies resident within the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. Having been through a divorce myself, thankfully not in front of Judge Hummer, I can sympathize, in part, with these men. Many times, while waiting in the halls of the courthouse, I have overheard many attorney's discussing the absolute lunacy of Judge Hummer. Either this man is impaired, or simply incompetent - at least based on the opinions of people who represent clients in his courtroom.
I look forward to the coverage this story should get, assuming the legal system does not surround itself with protection and succeed in quashing the suit.

UncommonSense
This article is the most infuriating thing I've ever read. The ex-spouses and their children are not living in a lap of luxury. I also can't imagine how their children must feel about this - "Look, Daddy made the front page of the paper for suing Mommy because he has to help support us". Is Stephen DiDominico concerned that he might have to cancel his Bent Creek membership for a year or two? The hundreds of thousands of dollars that are being wasted on this law suit & the legal fees that the mom's have to pay could go a long way in paying for his girls' college educations.
Just a side note - If he doesn't want to support the daughters he already has, maybe he shouldn't have had another with someone else within the last year. This is disgusting!
