Can I assume they are grilling chicken and not the Romaine lettuce? Isn't it ironic that Ephrata has a movie theater (which gives discount pricing too!) and Lancaster doesn't? I miss the coffee shop - have you tried that italian ice place?

There's a nice barber shop on main street as well -- Sepi's Sharp Styles is always packed and the barber Nelson is hilarious ---

I know the guy that was shot at personaly. He is not a bad person by any means. He has bouts with depression and I would not be surprised if he intended at that moment to get what is called "sucide by cop". I know it's no excuse to do what he did and feel sorry for the officer involved. Michael also did not "guzzle 13 beers" as reported, he was working on his car ALL DAY and was drinking. The real victims here however is his family. He has a great wife and two beautiful girls under the age of ten that now do not and probably will not for a long time have their husband, father and provider-for a very long time. While Mike sits in jail where he gets three square meals a day, his family is soon to be HOMELESS!!! My heart goes out to them. They did nothing to deserve this. I challange any person or church to reach out to them in this desperate time of need. Thank you.

Thank you South, all too often the families are forgotten in situations like this. They are the real victims here.

I do hope he gets the help he needs, I do not know this family, but am very familiar w/ the innocent family being ousted and having a hard time financially while the dad is in prison. Many you think are close friends often turn their backs on situations such as these, b/c of the discomfort it causes. They should think of the discomfort the family is in!! My prayers are with them.
