Am I the only one that thinks this is crazy? Why are we wasting time, energy, resources, and money on such a thing? With all the "issues" facing the city government, who thought of this as a top priority and then decided that it was immensly worthy a major news story?

Summertime on the Loop was the best. Hitch a ride to a kegger in Pequea or a house party in TWP.. Those were the days!!
