Yeah i got that much. But Millersville is a seperate Boro, just like Manor Township is seperate from Millersville. Holtwood is in its own township. You didn't pay anything directly for that building. It has nothing to do with Penn Manor Schools.

It amazes me that people don't educate themselves about where their tax dollars go. Your fall school taxes go to the school districts not the townships and boroughs. In East Hempfield the school district is fast choking the taxpayer. Yeah, sure we need another artificial turf field. Maybe they can put tents on them for the people that lose their homes because they can't afford the school taxes.
