Embarrasment to Lancaster? He hasn't lived there in 11 years. He might have been born there, but he's lived most of his life someplace else. He's hardly a local hero. He didn't even train in Lancaster.

Envy? Hardly. Just letting you know what the talking heads on ESPN radio are saying and that I agree with. Yes, I know he has not lived here for a lon gtime, but our local paper seems to want to claim him.

It must have been interesting, to say the least, for this kid and his rather unconservative family to have lived in East Drumore Township. I hope he wipes the floor with his competition in Turin.

I must say that this guy has been nothing but an embarrassment for Lancaster so far. Flaunting his homosexuality, using "coke" as a description. Act like you have been there before and not like you are trying too hard to get endorsement offers.

I could care less about him being gay, but I have always had a problem with the athletes who complain about the conditions in the Olympic Village. I heard one of his quotes the other day in which he let it be known that he does not like to walk up stairs and likes a bed "that is all made up". It is an honor to represent the country in the olympics, and he should realize that.
