I wonder that same thing very often when Harper is the subject of discussion. Is he the press or a PI?

I guess as far as member of the press, he is self appointed, but his website clearly shows him to have investigated many different "news items". But then, anyone with a website or blog could be "the press"...I don't know.

Those are good questions to be answered and worth a little research into what constitutes each one if any of the rest of us may, at some point, need to assert our rights and be able to know for sure what they are.

You are wanting a one member majority to clean up 6 years of corruption and ignorance and you're going to jump down their throats every moment of every hour that they haven't caused a 180 degree turnaround. That's unrealistic and ignorant. Of course you would choose that route.

I was under the impression that the landfill is going to expand and that Barely DID sell his land. So how did Harper stop anything ?
The way I heard it was that the citizens group down there raised all kinds of money and then when their coffers were full, they settled with the landfill and with the Township and they all took a big payment AND kept all the money that they raised.
