I'm very happy to see that Ron has thrown his hat in the ring. Also, I see that Vic Capecce has as well. I've always been impressed with Vic's salient and pragmatic posts here on the convention industry. Vic's experience and knowledge of the industry would bode well for learning more about the consultant who has been hired and paid almost a million dollars so far. He also has a grip on the nuts and bolts of what it all takes.

In his application, Harper said he would "fight to kill the current deal with Penn Square Partners."

If it's not "possible to drive a wooden cross into the heart of this legislative Frankenstein" Harper said, he would dramatically change the project's scope.

Honesty and openness in government.

Does that spell a winning combination?

That's never been tried. Lots of speculation, no one's ever been able to do it though.

Careful, Artie.

Posting a link to www.5thestate.com might endanger your post to being deleted censored.

Gee, I guess this one might be too!

Yeah ... yours and my posts amazingly disappeared yesterday, leaving no trace! Aren't newspapers supposed to be the last bastion of our 1st Amendment right to free speach? (not when their business interests come first)

Since the original story above has an obvious link to the website, I think you're all in the clear. This time...
