It would seem that the Columbia borough council agrees that taking that computer under those circumstances was inappropriate.

I found it interesting that they had a front page local story on March 8 entitled:

Ha! Lancaster Newspaper's internal newspaper is called SNIPS. Since 1929 mind you. That is SPINS backwards!
